On behalf of the CTANS Board of Directors, we would like to extend an invitation to all CTANS members to attend the CTANS Annual General Meeting.

Due to the circumstances of the COVID-19 gathering limits, the CTANS Board of Directors have made the decision to hold our AGM virtually.  The meeting is scheduled for Sunday, May 2 2021 at 9am ADT via Zoom.

All members who wish to attend the virtual AGM MUST pre-register on the CTANS website no later than 11:59pm ADT April 25, 2021. Once pre-registered for the AGM each participant will be sent further instructions to prepare them for meeting.  The Zoom link will be emailed out to members on Friday, April 30^th , 3 days prior to the start of the meeting.

The day of the meeting all members must check in from 7:45am to 8:30am ADT May 2^nd, 2021. Check-ins after 8:30am ADT will not be permitted access to the meeting. NO EXCEPTIONS due to the special circumstances of the meeting format.

If a voting member is not checked in by 8:30am ADT, their vote will be forfeited, and any proxies held will be redistributed to the alternate as indicated on the proxy.
