Due to the circumstances of the continuing resurgence in the new COVID-19 cases across the country, the CSCT Board of Directors have made the decision to hold our AGM virtually.  The meeting is scheduled for Saturday March 13, 2021 at 9am PST.

Anyone who wishes to attend the virtual AGM MUST pre-register. Registration will open February 5, 2021. 

Nominations for the following positions: 

Director at large (who may be appointed Treasurer) for a term ending at the October 2022 AGM.

Education Director for a term ending at the October 2022 AGM.
